ServiceNow Administrator

They are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to oversee and support their platform. This role will focus on managing ServiceNow modules, integrations, and data processes, ensuring system efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Focus:
- Lead the administration and ongoing development of the ServiceNow platform to optimize functionality and performance.
- Manage the configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow modules to support business processes and requirements.
- Develop and implement integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and alignment with organizational needs.
- Support data migration efforts, maintaining data integrity and security throughout processes.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams, offering mentorship and guidance to team members to build a cohesive, high-performing unit.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system updates, configurations, and workflow processes.
- Utilize ITIL framework principles to standardize and improve ServiceNow practices.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing ServiceNow systems, with a strong background in configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical lead or equivalent position with a proven ability to mentor and guide a team.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules, with hands-on expertise in various features and workflows.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations, plus experience with data migration and automation.
- ITIL certification is highly desirable.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to system management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across departments.
